MRI on Teixeira's Calf Shows Irritation of Strain, Out 10-14 Days
MRI on @teixeiramark25 showed irritation of his Grade 1 left calf strain. He is expected to be unavailable to play for 10-14 days.

It could be worse, I guess. The Yankees will have to get by with a struggling Nick Swisher and/or Steve Pearce at first base for roughly the next two weeks. Get well soon, Tex.
