Good morning, Pinstripe Alley!

The Yankees finished off a three-game sweep of the Baltimore Orioles last night, 6-4, in extra innings. With the win, New York is now 3-3 on the season and trails the Tampa Bay Rays by two games in the loss column in the American League East.

If you thought Hideki Matsui got an outstanding ovation on Opening Day in 2010 (Arguably the loudest ovation I've ever heard), that might be blown out of the water on Friday. Jorge Posada will reportedly be throwing out the ceremonial first pitch in the Yankees' home opener against the Angels. This is an extremely classy gesture by the Yankees and the audience will certainly welcome Posada with roaring applause.

Joe Girardi, Derek Jeter, Alex Rodriguez, Mariano Rivera and Curtis Granderson are the latest in a long list of celebrities that are speaking out against bullying. You can find the 30 second public service announcement right here. Bullying really is a serious problem amongst children and teenagers, so this is cool to see them do.

The New York Yankees have a new fragrance line. Jason Gay has a bit of fun at their expense.

Other MLB news past the jump...

The Cleveland Indians have reportedly signed Johnny Damon, according to Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports. Details of the deal are unknown as of this story's posting. Not such a bad signing for Cleveland. They've got their work cut out for them if they want to compete with the Detroit Tigers this season.

Victor Martinez does not need additional surgery on his ACL, according to the Tigers organization.

Can't blame Terry Francona for how he handled being invited back for the 100th anniversary of Fenway Park...
