So as good as this team has been, I think they definitely could be better. Obviously the only player we have signed for the 2032 season is Alex Rodriguez. Hopefully players like Jesus Montero, Cito Culver, Gary Sanchez and Ramiro Pena will still be with the team and if they are, that means we have the best infield in the history of the game. Here are some suggestions.

ManBan will be 40 by then so either he'll be in Cooperstown or he'll be just coming off the books so we can either resign him or probably use the money elsewhere to improve our team. Carl Pavano III anyone?

If I were in charge of the Yankees I would sign Victor Martinez' son, Victor Jose. He's shown a lot of promise playing on the field during batting practices and I want the Yankees to lock him up before he goes big.

We need to trade for any catcher named Molina, because he would be an excellent backup catcher and Gary Sanchez won't exactly last forever. 

With Alex Rodriguez still at third, I think it's time to look for a replacement. We don't have many options in house so we'd need to make a trade. I know he's an icon and everything but maybe Joe Girardi will see reason and finally move Arod to DH.

For our longman, I would sign either Tim Wakefield or RA Dickey, whoever happens to be older at the time.

I would finally call up Jorge Vazquez because I think after 300 home runs, with a 388/900/866 line in AAA, there's no way they can keep him down.

Finally I would say Joe Girardi should be replaced by Francisco Cervelli, as he has gone on record saying he would manage with logic, instead of gut feelings and conventional wisdom.
