If we are going to trade a prospect it would have to be a catching prospect. Not Montero, but how about Romine. Yankees are deep in the orginization with catching prospects. Montero=untouchable and we trade romine. If we could get a strong pitcher for romine that would be good.
Starting rotation next yr with out petitte prob looks like
CC, Hughes, AJ, Nova asz of now. the 5th spot is up for grabs which is can be improved
